These Terms of Use govern your use of the Obsession Map, a product of Teal Blu LLC, operating under the brand name Obsessed for Life.

By accessing or using the Obsessed for Life website at obsessedforlife.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the Site.

These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and users of the Site, including anyone who joins the waitlist, accesses free content, or purchases access to The Obsession Map when it becomes available.

The Obsession Map is a guided self-discovery experience currently in development. When it becomes available, access may be offered on a paid basis. The following terms will apply to any paid access:

Purchases. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. We'll clearly describe what's included before you complete any purchase.

Refunds. The Obsession Map was made to feel true to you. If it didn't quite land that way, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Reach out to [email protected] and we'll take care of it right away.

Personal use only. Access to The Obsession Map is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person.

Nature of the experience. The Obsession Map is a guided self-discovery experience designed to help users explore hobbies, interests, and enjoyable activities. The insights and suggestions provided are for personal exploration only.

Not a clinical assessment. The Obsession Map is not a clinical assessment, mental health tool, or substitute for professional support of any kind. It does not diagnose, treat, or assess any medical or mental health condition, and it does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, coaching, or other professional advice.

Nature of the service. Teal Blu LLC and its founder are not licensed mental health professionals. Nothing in The Obsession Map constitutes therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or a professional service relationship of any kind.

Any results, insights, or recommendations provided through The Obsession Map are general suggestions only and are not guarantees of any outcome or experience.

Mental health notice. If you are currently experiencing emotional distress, depression, anxiety, or any mental health concern, please speak with a qualified professional before proceeding. The Obsession Map is not a substitute for professional mental health support, and using it does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship of any kind.

When you sign up to receive updates or create an account, you're agreeing to receive email communications from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may also email us at [email protected] to be removed from our list.

We use MailerLite to manage our email list. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your email address will be stored and processed by MailerLite in accordance with their privacy policy.

Transactional emails (such as your sign-in verification code) are required for account access and are sent only when you initiate a login. They can't be disabled while your account is active.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Removal Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 30 days and confirm when it's complete.

Please be aware that removing your data will permanently delete your account and any saved Obsession Map results. This action can't be undone.

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Teal Blu LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, The Obsession Map, or any content on it. Teal Blu LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms and partner services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
